1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the System Store and placing an order request through Vince AI Developer ("Developer", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not purchase or use the digital products provided.

2. Digital Products & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and source code, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable once the source code or digital assets have been delivered. It is your responsibility to read the system requirements and feature lists carefully before making a purchase.

3. License Types

We offer two distinct license types for our systems. Purchasing a system grants you rights according to the license selected at checkout:

• Standard License: Grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for a single personal or business project. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the core source code.
• Intellectual Property (IP) Rights: Grants you full ownership rights to the provided codebase. You are permitted to modify, rebrand, and resell the software without restriction.

4. Hosting & Deployment Liability

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a custom contract, no hosting, domain registration, or server maintenance is provided. You are purchasing the source code and database files only. The Developer is not liable for server downtime, third-party hosting issues, or user errors during deployment (e.g., cPanel/Hostinger misconfigurations).

5. Payment & Delivery

Order requests made through the website generate an email inquiry. The transaction is not finalized until direct communication has occurred. Payments must be settled securely via GCash or Bank Transfer as instructed during direct communication. The source code files will be securely transferred (via email, Google Drive, or GitHub repo) only after payment is verified.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important. When you submit an order request, we collect your Name, Email, and Contact Number. This information is used strictly for communication and fulfillment of your order.

• We do not store your data in an online database.
• We will never sell, rent, or distribute your contact information to third parties.
• No sensitive payment data (like credit card numbers) is ever processed or stored on this website.
